10- Minute Post-Golf Reset May 19, 2026 This is a simple post-golf reset I like to use after a round. Perfect for anyone who gets stiff after golf and wants to feel a little better the next day or before playing again. You don’t need much equipment. A golf ball, a band, and a little floor space is plenty. The order is not the most important thing. The goal is to move through the feet, calves, hips, core, and upper back without forcing anything. If one area feels tighter than the others, spend a little more time there. Keep it easy. Breathe. Move smoothly. Do not turn it into another workout. Use this after a round or later that night if you feel stiff. Approximate time: 8–10 minutes. Hope you play well out there. Filed under #Golf
