Banded High Pull-Up July 23, 2026 Start with a fairly thick band looped over the pull-up bar. Place one foot in the band. Take a grip around shoulder width. Rotate the elbows slightly forward to help engage the lats. Step underneath the bar so the band is stretched. Then pull the elbows down toward the back pockets and drive the chest up as high as possible. The long-term goal is to build toward belly-button height. Do: 1–3 sets 2–4 reps Stay explosive.
