Start in a half-kneeling position with both legs around 90 degrees. The arm you’re pressing with should be on the same side as the knee that is down. Press the bar up and away. Reach far enough at the top to allow the body and shoulder blade to move forward slightly. Retract the shoulder blade as you lower the bar, keeping the elbow in.
